Little and Large

After meeting the Chihuahuas at the beginning of our walk, Basil saw his friend Dazzle over the common today. He has two younger 'brothers' who are Westies and one of them, a few-months-old puppy called Noodle, really wanted to play with Basil (he reminds me a lot of the younger Basil actually). Unfortunately, while he was trying to persuade Basil, Noodle didn't notice his owner and brothers getting further and further away, and his owner didn't notice as he was on a phone call.

When Noodle finally did notice, he went off in the right direction but got playing with a couple of other dogs whose owners mistook me for Noodle's owner, given that I had two Westies with me. Anyway, to cut a long story short, I was able to get the mobile number from Noodle's name disc and call his owner and then arrange for the other dog walkers to meet up and hand him over. So, a happy ending! :)
