Spared

I always think at this time of the year that We Have Been Spared. How people must have thought at the end of the winter when they had struggled through cold, hunger and darkness to emerge into spring. 

I think the people in this cafe in Camden feel the same.

It feels like new opportunities. The opening of doors for new projects. Getting out the paint brush..(steady on, Ed.).


I watched the last of the three episodes of the Jeremy Thorpe scandal that I had recorded on TV. Brilliant. And what a revelation Hugh Grant was. Great acting all round.
