Stratford Canal at Edstone

I liked this old narrow boat with the bike parked beside it (not mine on this occasion). There was smoke coming out of the chimney so I knocked on the door to ask the occupant for permission to take this shot. "Fine as long as I'm not in it" was his reply.

In the distance you can just see the start of the Edstone aqueduct which is 145 metres long and is the longest in England. The aqueduct itself will probably feature in a later Blip.
