Busy day. A trip to the gym for a hard Body Torque session (includes light weights and core work). Then home to continue my chair project which is proving to be rather time consuming.

Out with Jet this afternoon where I couldn’t resist this photo. Then home to pack for a weekend in Gloucestershire. We had entered the Southern Orienteering but this was cancelled due to a problem with permissions. As we had already booked accommodation we decided to travel and enjoy a weekend exploring.
