Evening sun

A tough day with a big service this afternoon as we said our final farewell to the lady I was visiting in the hospice. I was drained at the end of it. 

I had originally planned to travel to Leeds this morning. I finally got away in the rush hour. As it was such a lovely evening I decided to go the scenic route via Skipton to avoid rush hour on the motorway. I grabbed this shot when I stopped at a service station. 

Took Mum out for a meal this evening for Mothering Sunday.
