Watched Blue Planet Live and was inspired to doodle.

Spent the morning at Greenock Prison. So, so interesting but I really, really didn't like going in a cell. I can't imagine how people feel going into prison. Just horrendous. The staff were incredible though. So interesting and so invested in their work. Yet again I'm reminded how easy I have it in the job I'm in. There's work, then there's work.

Back to the office to find out the latest in recent recruitment. What a minefield! I think (hope) there might be a way forward that is best for everyone even if some people have to be disappointed for now but hopefully not in the long term.

It's been a long week.
