Looking out to sea

Up on top of the cliffs rather than under them as l was yesterday. It was quite a beautiful day and so l strolled along through the meadows. The channel was quite busy; l sat on a convenient bench and watched a fishing boat heading towards Deal, it obviously had caught fish as there were gulls wheeling and calling above it. Various large boats can be seen in the distance, going in or out of the Port of Dover, the little fishing smack is the nearest but not easy to see as l only had my small lens on.
As I write this l can hear fog horns, it was quite misty when l went to bed last night but very foggy now this morning. Time to get up and meet the day.
