Up Up and Away

We were out crabbing with the kids today.......we caught quite a few crab (see extra) with the kids.....when we finished crabbing we threw out the old bait.....this eagle swooped down and made several passes right behind the boat until it flipped over to ward off the sea gulls and it grabbed some bait and flew off.....exciting to see his power and swift moves.....he was probably only 15 feet behind the boat at water level when he reached for the bait. 

We had a crab feast for dinner......the kids cracked their own crab, eating some as they cracked it, but saving enough crab for a least one crab taco each. They were in heaven.....so were hubby & I.....yummy.  Everyone had their fill of crab.
