It’s Ok

We drove to St Andrews for lunch today and had a short walk along the shore, I can’t wait to be walking miles again, but will have to make do for now.

We saw this bench facing the sea with the It’s ok to not be ok sign , it also had laminated cards of helpline numbers etc. It’s sad but also heartening that it is there out in the open.
