A day in Dundee ... culture in the V&A, history on board the RRS Discovery and botany at the Botanics.

Very bright and colourful .... sometimes called Parrot Impatiens or simply Parrot Plant.
The glasshouse in the Dundee Botanic Gardens is home to this eye catching plant.
Red was the predominant colour of the flowering plants in the glasshouses .... I've made a collage with my favourites.
