On The Rocks

I popped in to see Mum on the way back from school this afternoon. And after the inquisition about the dinner on Saturday and a nice cup of tea, I went for a brief stroll along the beach at the bottom of the road.

It has been another beautiful day and the sun was still warm as it was setting behind me.

Then a quick whiz round Lidl for some essentials, like red wine at 1.75 euros a bottle and some London Gin at 3.75 euros.

Now it's time for a preprandial sharpener of gin and tonic Spanish style.

On the rocks, naturally.
