Steampunk spaceship

Alas no, it is a  two tonne maritime mooring buoy thought to be designed by renowned 19th century pioneering engineer Isambard Kingdom Brunel. 
Used to reside in the harbour, now restored and on display by the harbour in Bo'ness
Been meaning to blip this for a while since seeing on FP's journal.
