Here's looking at you kiddo!

The day started off very dull and a bit drizzly but by lunchtime the skies had cleared and we enjoyed a beautiful afternoon.

A visit to the Botanic Gardens in St Andrews to renew our annual passes. Job done and we were then free to wander through the rock garden, down to the pond, along the paths in the woodland finally ending up in the glasshouses.

I met Al and his family down by the pond. The young appear fearless when it comes to crossing water on large stones. Al's little sister had a go but unfortunately she slipped in the mud and ended up with some very muddy tights.
