Peanut

The newest member of our little zoo. We now have 3 guinea pigs (Kevin, Kevin and Kodak), 1 African Pygmy Hedgehog (Delilah), 1 cat (Bert) and Peanut the hamster. Peanut is a dwarf winter hamster whose fur goes white in the cold weather.

Peanut started life with us as a very fast, jumpy little thing. After a day of being mauled by The Dopski, he is a very placid chap, who sits on your hands and happily lets you stroke him! No teeth or blood in sight!

A very nice day visiting The Dadski’s mum, buying hamsters, Big Bro moving home again for the week and some massively exciting news! :)
