The Distance Between Us.

A lovely day, gym, brunch, lazy afternoon listening to the new album by Marvin Gaye ‘You’re The Man’ of mostly unreleased material.

We should have been at Tim and Adele’s for dinner .
But my poor daughter in law is nursing a cold that just won’t budge.
This inevitably means she can’t come into contact with Mr P because of his non existent immune system.
So we have postponed until next weekend.
I also owe Ben a birthday cake from last week.

Just had a visit from Rebecca after she had finished work.
Only Ruby with her as the two younger girls have had extra ballet today as it’s coming up to their exam time and they fell asleep on the journey home.

Just rustling up some dinner from odds and ends in the fridge as l wasn’t planning on cooking.

Happy Mother’s Day to all those who have reason to celebrate it.
