Mothering Sunday

Made a brief visit to St Nicholas church in Chislehurst. The spring flowers in the churchyard looked bright and colourful. The arbour over the bench was in full blossom. It is a lovely place to sit and contemplate.

I hope all mothers had an enjoyable Mothers Day whether or not they were able to spend it with their children. It is also a time to think about our own mothers and how special they are in our lives. Many may have long departed but they always hold a special place in our hearts and will never be forgotten.
