Springtime is ....

.... official!!
One hour less in bed, but one hour lighter in the evening. I went to church with daughter K / O and M a nice service of thanks to all mum's and those sadly no longer with us. Then flowers ( very nicely presented) were given out both for mums and people we wanted to give a special thank you to.
Then The Rev/ K and the grandchildren( now grown up) invited me for coffee and cake , made by J &K, followed latter by a great lunch . "M" had to return to uni in Canterbury afterwards. J & K left before lunch to share the day with K's mother.
I had lovely cards from the family plus a great scented candle and flowers from K & A.
We are home now with "A" looking forward to watching the F1 highlights at 9pm.
