Tart.

For some reason I was convinced we gained an hour in bed last night, so was very disappointed when i woke up and it was dark again. And cold after yesterday. No t shirt while i finished raking the lawn today.

A typical sunday; garden tidying, ironing (which I don't do that often but there were no school shirts left) and this week, packing for a two day conference I'm going on tomorrow and Tuesday.

More school work in my riding lesson this afternoon which was good but hard work. Lots of concentration needed.

The tart was made with home grown leeks. And packet pastry.
