High tea in Moffat was how Mrs P and I spent mothers day. En route, we planned a walk and settled on the famous Devils Beef Tub, or the Hot tub, which Mrs P insisted on calling! Hot tub seemed more appropriate as it involved some pretty sharp ascents and we qickly warmed up! According to Wikipedia, the Devil's Beef Tub, is a deep, dramatic hollow in the hills north of the Scottish town of Moffat. The 500-foot deep hollow is formed by four hills, Great Hill, Peat Knowe, Annanhead Hill, and Ericstane Hill. We were lucky enough to catch the hills with paragliders which was a magnet for our cameras. Today's blip is an image of one of the gliders caught directly below.
