Captured this sign on the ground near Utsunomiya Station, Tochigi. Utsunomiya is the capital city of Tochigi Prefecture, which I visited for the very first time.

I didn't spot a wifi sign at the station; instead I captured this sign on the ground. The only English word in the sign is 'NO' but what the whole sign is telling would be clear to you.
