Dancing Mud & Classic Cars

We left Rotorua this morning and headed to Napier. Along the way we stopped off at Waiotapu Thermal Mud Pool. Watching the mud shoot out and plop in all different directions was quite hypnotic.

The trip over Highway 5 is always interesting even with the rain. I have noticed far more traffic on the roads this time.

Napier has a wonderful Art Deco centre and a number of classic cars you can tour the city in. Tomorrow we hope the rain will hold off enough to allow us to see some high spots.
