Balancing Act

Today I drove to Cleveland to get our oldest so she could come home and see her sister perform.  This weekend we'll have a house full of family and two more shows to see.  

It was a beautiful day for a drive.  I broke up the drive down with a photo stop at the Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge.  It was chilly and sunny (off and on) and it was a great place for photos.  I can't wait to go back in warmer months.  I was on the path with this Heron (I think) for a little while until he flew straight up into the air and landed on this perch to watch me move on.  The extra shows the dramatic sky that was rolling through throughout the day.
