APRIL FOOL!

It's official - the old fart has become a Belgian!! This calls for a dram or two this evening :o)

Belgian administration grinds along at no discernible speed, but I've always found it to be cheerful & polite...

Thanks to the advice of a wise young Meles, I had fun PhotoShopping out the card number to avoid identity fraud - never would have occurred to me!

Anyway I'm proud of the horrendous photo & find the whole process ridiculous & hilarious in equal measure!
