Onion Transplants.

Hope everyone had a great weekend. My blip today is of my onion transplants that will be going into the field this week. Each cell in these flats contains 3 onion plants and there are 128 cells per flat. Amazing to think that we have over 100 of these flats to plant this week.

Onions are an amazing crop that I use in almost all my cooking. I put oil, garlic, and onions in the pan and then I figure out what I am making for dinner.

I will be excited when this batch of onions are ready!
