Traumatised

This pigeon narrowly escaped the Sparrow Hawk attack. We saw the chase, the strike and feathers flying. Then the pigeon descended to the bottom of large pine tree and stayed hidden there for about an hour.
I managed to creep up on it and take a shot of his traumatised expression.
