A Cob bled Together Post

The bedroom furniture was fitted today in one day instead of the two estimated! Well you think that's a bonus towards and early completion! Oh no as one door bursts unexpectedly open another slams in ones face! The carpet fitter who was due on Friday has had a family bereavement and now cannot get to us until a week tomorrow delaying the new bed to complete the move back into our room :(
As the above will have let you guess we coughed and spluttered our way down the towpath with the dogs and can confirm the Pen has been firmly back on the nest since Sunday. The above is the Cob who yesterday was powering up and down the section of canal above where the Pen is sitting like a navel battleship defending a port. today he was much more relaxed as you can see on only one paddle power!
