Maja O'Brien

Maja used to sing in the same choir as me and every three weeks or so our paths cross as she's walking along the towpath and I'm cycling the other way to work. Sometimes we have time for a quick chat or a catch-up about our daughters, usually we just smile or wave and carry on.

Maja is active, friendly and fun and she has been missing since last Thursday, along with her flute and her purple bike. Those of us who know her are very concerned, as are the police. This evening as I cycled home, the towpath was lined with muddy bikes that had been dredged out of the water.
