Day 352 - HMP

So its Monday again, where did the weekend go? Such a busy week ahead too.

I decided to take this of Wakefield Prison from the multi storey car park this morning. I had no intention of it being the blip for today but had never seen the prison from this angle. In hindsight I'm glad I took it as I hadn't really envisioned how busy a day it was going to be.

Busy morning at work which seemed to pass in a blur. Then mad dash to sainsburys to pick up all the bits I forgot on Friday. How I thought I could make packed lunches with no food in the fridge I have no idea but then friday was a nightmare of a day.

Next was Tommys advent asssembly. It was lovely watching them sing and they also did the liturgy dance again from the other week.

Then off to the dentist with the boys! Not too traumatic and the boys got stickers so were very happy. They're very fortunate that their dentist is lovely and the boys have really taken to him. He lets them ride on the chair after a check up which is great fun and makes their day.

Then a super quick tea before heading out to the Christingle Service. This year it was our parishes turn to host the Catholic Care Carol Concert. They decided to integrate it with the usual Christingle Service. The school choir led the carols and year 6 performed their liturgy dance. Was a lovely night albeit long and late. Tommy laid down on the floor and decided to go to sleep half way through. They both did really well though considering bedtime is normal 7 and this didnt start till 7.

Really need to get a wriggle on as I still havent started wrapping or written any christmas cards!!! Not helped by still needing to buy most of the presents too. Only a week to go!!!!!!!
