Another day another beach!

Domestic morning, gardening with the fantails,  then on to Wharariki, last visited in the fog (13th March, sorry can't do links on my phone). First stop lunch at the Mad Kitchen in Collingwood where the vibes were mighty, even down to wafty panpipes. The walk to Wharariki goes through amazing green and layered hills which give way to the purest white sand, undulating dunes and impressive rock formations. There were also seals, the pups swimming in their own rock pools.
All wrecked, we ended the day with some excellent fish and chips, a glass of local wine/ale and a competitive game of scrabble.
