Creative reflections

A pretty subtle day, but in amongst work, we got a walk around Dacre and Dalemain House area.

Whilst I liked this group of trees against the sky, I was looking at a book by Freeman Patterson and Andree Galant last night, and they used a lot of sandwiching techniques along these lines, which seemed ideal for this image, as it had the strong diagonal of the cloud, which wouldn't work in a straight top / bottom flip.
