Dead batteries

Which would I choose?

Volume down (in company, most of the time)

Text (I do, more than I should, probably)

Fast forward (I'm lucky if I even go forward at all, never mind fast)

Play (not nearly enough)

Record (some of the most precious moments - done)

Rewind (it's a wonderful thing, hindsight. Often I've so wished I could rewind. But it would only delay the inevitable, wouldn't it?)

Pause (yes, but if you keep things on pause for too long it can be damaging to the machinery, I'm told. And that is damaged quite enough already)

So - STOP it is, then.
