What's cooking?
A bit of an EB today. I've been cooking for the freezer all afternoon as we have visitors next week. A fish pie with Champ topping has been made, and I've got a casserole of beef shin cooking slowly in the oven. W has taken over and is now making a batch of soup, and then I'm back in to do tonight's dinner; a cob salad which includes, amongst other things, griddled chicken, avocado and strawberries. It's all go here.....
