Delilah's birthday

We made it! We're in Maryland after 2,645 miles (4,256 km) of driving across the country. We visited three amusement parks and saw some friends along the way. What a trip.

Delilah turns 10 today, so Jill got out the hats. Delilah doesn't like people touching her head or things on her head, so she was upset.

It's nice to be at the end of the journey. My things are en route in a small shipping container. They will arrive in the next few days in a town an hour away, so I'll have to rent a truck to get them here. But the hard part is over.
