Loch Tay

An away day today had been long in the diary. The weather was inclement but did not divert us from our expedition to Killin and a long walk around familiar sights of Ben Lawyers cloaked in snow, Loch Tay as enigmatic as ever and the ageless Falls of Dochart. We had rain, sleet and snow but not bad enough to impede travel. The heaviest snow close to Edinburgh was on the Lammemuirs - highlit by the late afternoon sun as we drove home.
