A Little Of This And That

Did a little sightseeing and also just checking out some neighborhoods to see if what would fit our budget would also fit our lifestyle.  This is the Castillo de San Marcos.  For those of you who didn't know,  St. Augustine, FL is the oldest city in the US, founded in 1565. The fort is part of the U.S. National Park System and there is some interesting information if you care to check the link.  

We also visited the Alligator Farm, mostly to see the birds on the recommendation of a friend.  So there are a few more in extras. Cozy together, An African bird (sorry I don't remember its name), and another native bird  sitting in a nest and having to defend it from appeared to be grackles..  

The weather was a perfect 70F, sunny and a breeze.
