Temporary

Work, all marvellous especially the cakes I got to celebrate being there 2 years. Doesn’t time fly!

4 way temporary traffic lights are in place at my way in/out. Fingers crossed they won’t cause too many problems over the next week or so.

This evening saw me restarting C25K again. This time with a friend who doesn’t run and wants moral support, she asked and I’m happy to do it. We chatted for the entire 30 minutes, I think I might like having a running partner.
