Superbloom

All the rain in the desert this year made for an absolutely gorgeous wildflower season, referred to as superbloom.
We drove through Joshua Tree National Park today and the colors and variety of wildflowers was amazing. None of my pictures really did it justice.
Grateful today for...a day away from the way too quiet childless house. Just what I needed!
