Road Trip

All the way to Methven (just outside Perth) to see this lovely man to take a look at my spine as I knew something wasn’t right and no one else seemed to pick up on it but I kept leaning left :( and my body was trying to keep me upright , not easy lol . Turns out my L4 was turned ever so slightly left and another vertebrae further up was hanging that way too, just as well the rest of them didn’t want to join the left party lol . So we will see over next few days but already feel a difference :) xxx
