San Lorenzo el Escorial

Snapped this walking back to the car after a farewell lunch with the daughter who is flying back to Edinburgh today. Been lovely having her here and we’ve coped ok in thefaravan.
Her cousins have enjoyed being with her and she loved the shopping!

Ordered some snacks (or so we thought) and ended up taking leftover salad and tortilla home - quite pleased with my Spanish translator as I was able to be understood.

I’ve been headachy today so I stayed and slept while my OH navigated to and from the airport. Feeling a bit more like myself now do startibgvto think about some food.
