Coffee, lunch and Mud Crab

I had a busy day catching up with people. I had coffee this morning with a friend then drove to my last workplace in North Melbourne at lunchtime to see a work colleague and my old boss. I drove back home to sort out my admission papers for some day surgery on Friday then on to Richmond to Minh Tan 2, a Vietnamese/Malaysian restaurant that a girlfriend and I have been going to for many years. They had mud crab on special so we had it cooked with ginger on a bed of noodles. Coincidentally, I received a photo from my cousin of a plate of crab she was about to tuck into.
