Tomatoes In the High Tunnel

Tomatoes have been planted among the carrot rows in the high tunnel. Did you know that carrots and tomatoes are companion plants? Planting them together improves both crops and it is useful to get multiple crops out of space as useful as the high tunnel. 

Hopefully the carrots will provide a wonderful addition to the first CSA share while the tomatoes will be a nice early jump on summer before the tomatoes in the field fruit.
