Blip Say A Mile Stone , I've No Idea

The  extra shows that no matter what ,my plants get medical care & free of charge .. Diagnosis is they'll be fine .Seems ChrisF was  correct .The leaves do have a tendency to do this and  water   blown droplets of rain is the cause . Have decided to have a show of lupins as well. Could live to regret it but not to worry.Took a train out to get the main today then came straight back , garden centre and out for a meal with a friend .The puzzled face resembles how I feel right now and the green flaking paint is like the continent with a black spot as UK .
