Evening Light

I'm making the most of the recent fine conditions because I know they won't last for long and because I'm really enjoying looking for these little sunlit scenes.

I think this one benefits from being slightly later in the evening and the light being a touch warmer, showing the advantage of patience and timing.

I get worried that the colour looks over saturated, even though I toned it down slightly, but that was my memory of how it looked.

Again, I liked the pattern of light patches and the repeat in the distant grass. I also used a wider aperture than usual trying to emphasise the foreground elements further.
