The Beatles

Arguably the best music band ever were The Beatles. I first heard them by playing their records back in the mid 1960's on my grandparents record player in their front room, Battersea, London, where I spent most of the summers.

I never saw them live but the next best thing is a tribute band, Beatles For Sale, playing at Gwhelog Village Hall, near Usk. At £12.50 a ticket for a front row seat and food (take your own drink!) it was the next best thing. Great value. They were good. I enjoyed taking their photo's too!
