Royal fly over

I almost didn't go for my run this morning, i have had some terrible discomfort with my lower back and suffering with incredibly painful Piriformis syndrome, I did a 6k walk at a reasonable clip and a short run. I certainly felt a lot better afterward. This afternoon Marie and I went about looking for Autumn Colours but just a little earl yet, so Marie showed me her Horses from the other day at the same area there were a couple of Royal Spoonbills and I shot a few of this one in flight, check out the extras.
