Time and number are not real
Being merely a collusion of logics
And understandings that deal
In imposed relativities
A construction of human need
At (what one might say) a particular time or instant
Applied historically by this or that particular creed
Yet these shadows may be reordered to be consistent
With any half recalled dream or fancy that issues
From our momentary understanding of ourselves
And at that moment we may close our eyes
To be content with random insignificant lives
