Where hospital beds come to rest

Had my yearly hour-long MRI this morning, the head is still spinning a bit ;-) The university hospital where this is done is great, with lots of art everywhere. But I do wonder always why these beds sheethed in plastic line the corridor towards the MRI department, making it look like a morgue for hospital beds. I made the shot a bit more moody in Snapseed.
