Steaming Ahead

The Steam Trains come into our village (Hellifield) weekly to fill up with water on their journeys to various places.They are mainly for tourists. Train spotters line the route to take photos and talk trains. Today 2 steam trains linked one in front of the other pulled about 10 carraiges. 4-5 engine drivers/stokers worked on each engine. They were black from the smoke. 
Great to see so many people on the platform to welcome the trains and the passengers waving from their dining cars.
