Parkrun PB

MrsT ducked out of Parkrun this morning so I went solo. They had a minutes applause and touching tribute for the runner who sadly passed away last Saturday just after the start.

Met up with my sister and Lallybroch at the start and Lallybroch Junior wanted to get a PB. I ran with him which was fun and he got a PB at 26:56 which was excellent for a 9 year old (knocking 3 mins off his last one). Lallybroch also got a PB trying to keep up with us.

After lunch I took L to the shops and we enjoyed some QT shopping, eating ice cream and buying a new LOL toy.

May pop over the Cricket for a pint tonight as I believe MrsT & L will be glued to some commercial talent wannabe reality tv shows about singing.
