Kings Cross

Last of this term of Rugby Tots this morning.  CyclopsJnr had a blast (dancing and capering his way through the drills and games), and enjoyed posing with his certificate afterwards.

Then CyclopsJnr and Cyclops headed south to see some relatives in the New Forest.  We took the bus to Waverley, then the train to Kings Cross (pictured).

Next we ventured into the underground, with expectations high as it  says in one of the Paddington Bear stories that "Paddington thought the Underground was the most exciting thing that had ever happened to him".  This from a stowaway from Peru!  Fortunately the underground met with CyclopsJnr's approval, and he used the underground trains, escalators and ticket barriers more competently many a summer tourist. He's a natural!

From the underground to another train, then a rail replacement bus, and we're now on the final train of the day.  CyclopsJnr has been brilliant throughout, and seems to be enjoying the adventure.
